Equipment work is scheduled against a different clock: the cost of your line standing still. We plan installations and relocations backward from that number, staging everything possible before the shutdown, running long shifts inside the window, and proving the plan against the schedule before anyone touches a machine.

Questions, answered

Can you install equipment during a short shutdown window?

That is the discipline this work demands, and we plan for it specifically. Everything that can happen before the window does: pads poured, anchors set, utilities stubbed, rigging staged. The shutdown itself is reserved for the move, the set, and the alignment, with the schedule proven on paper before the line stops.

Do you work with our equipment manufacturer's technicians?

Yes, routinely. Many machines require OEM supervision for final commissioning and warranty coverage. Our crews handle the rigging, setting, alignment, and mechanical installation, then support the OEM technicians through startup, so nobody stands around waiting on anybody.

Is a job too small or too large for you?

We take single-machine swaps and full line relocations, and we will tell you upfront if a job calls for capabilities we do not carry, such as specialized heavy-haul transport. In that case we will help you plan around the right specialist rather than improvise.

Can you handle the building modifications the equipment needs?

That is the point of hiring one team for both. Slab cuts, reinforced pads, steel supports, wall openings, and utility rough-ins are construction work we self-perform, coordinated to the same schedule as the machine set.
